As a Bach Foundation Registered Practitioner, I'll hold space for your experiences and teach you how to work with flower essences. We'll decide on a personalized formula of 3-7 flower essences that can improve your self-regulation, sleep, mood and stress levels. Receive your formula by mail and plan to take it over the course of one month to see changes. You can schedule this hour-long session without seeing me for an initial consult first.

After paying, you will receive an email with a link to book into my calendar, along with an intake and consent form to fill out. The payment system I use is on a sliding scale, divided into three tiers of financial privilege. If you struggle to meet your financial needs regularly, please book the access fee. If you generally meet your needs, but still stress about finances, consider the secure fee. If you do not stress about your finances, please book the comfort fee.
